I use an integrated approach to massage. In other words whatever I've learned over the last 23 years I use in your massage, whether you want a chilled out, relaxing massage to just let go of the day, or need an in depth, focused massage to work on specific problem areas or anywhere in between. I tend to specialize in deep work with long strokes, I love to target trouble spots and work them out.

 

I'm opened my own studio August 2021 after having worked for Elements Massage Ken Caryl for 7 years and am enjoying working for myself again.  Before that I worked with a chiropractor and for myself in Eagle River, AK for many years. I enjoyed my time in Alaska very much but it was time to come home to the wonderful state of Colorado.

 

I studied, (and graduated from) the phenomenal Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2003. And am a member of the professional organization of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professional also since 2003.
